The
Discipleship / Study Ministry:

All scripture is inspired by God and useful for refuting error, for guiding people's lives and teaching them to be upright. 2 Timothy 3:16

Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth. 2 Timothy 2:15-16

Bible Studies Courses on Christianity House Church

Understanding Holy Scripture and the Christian faith and being in community with fellow believers are vital to being a disciple of Christ, to encountering God through Christ, being transformed by the Holy Spirit; proclaiming Christ through Word and Action – to knowing Christ and in making Him known to others. Therefore, we offer a number of groups, classes and studies, in various contexts, on the Bible and Christianity.

Adult Christian Education

Sunday mornings at 9am. Two offerings: Our Walk Through the Bible series and our new series, Being a Christian Family in a Post-Christian World. Newcomers are welcome anytime!

All are welcome; come anytime!

Alpha Course

This eleven-week, low-key introduction to Christian beliefs is an excellent course for inquirers, newcomers and new Christians, as well as a refresher for long-time Christians. It begins with dinner, followed by worship, video and small group discussion. For more information, visit the Alpha site.

Anglican Essentials

This six-week class on the distinctives of Anglicanism includes such topics as the Prayer Book, the history of the church, the worship of the church, symbols, vestments, liturgical colors, etc. It is a great introduction to Anglicanism for inquirers and newcomers, and as a refresher for members. Offered annually during Eastertide.

House Church

House Church is, in many ways, an answer to our Lord's call to love God and our neighbor. It is composed of a small group—eight to twelve people—of Christian pilgrims on their journey home.

We meet once a week in members' homes and join in praising God in song, learning more about Him in Scripture, and growing closer to Him in prayer. In closing we often have a time of fellowship and refreshment and truly feel like "family."

This special time, set aside regularly from the business of our lives, feeds our souls, enriches our minds and enlarges our hearts as we grow in the knowledge and love of God and of our brothers and sisters in Christ.
